The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to hire David Caldwell to be their new general manager. The two sides are working out a contract, according to a report from Jay Glazer of Fox Sports. Caldwell, the former vice president of player personnel for the Atlanta Falcons, comes to Jacksonville with quite a project on his hands.
